One of the many positive results of Committee of 100 activities is Indigreen Corporate Park. Home to a number of large light industries, Indigreen Corporate Park contains 353 total acres with lot sizes ranging from 5-100 acres. The Park is situated within a larger industrial park district, yet is designed to maintain its aesthetic rural setting enhanced by covenants for building and site development designs. Since its original development, Rivers has been an engaged partner, providing planning and design services for site development improvements including roadways, drainage, stormwater management and utilities.
