StoneWater is a 2,800-acre planned urban development community located partially in Wake and Chatham Counties and conveniently near Research Triangle Park.  The community contains a diverse array of 538 homes, including several townhome floor plans and single-family executive detached homes.  During development of this community, Rivers provided due diligence site planning, permitting and site design services for site improvements including roadways, parking facilities, utilities, drainage and stormwater management.
