Lynncroft Shopping Center

Located in the southern part of the city, Lynncroft Shopping Center offers a variety of national chain commercial anchors, specialty and boutique stores as well as upscale dining options.  In order to allow construction of the 22-acre shopping center on the property, the developer commissioned Rivers to conduct a 98-acre hydraulic/hydrologic study, including storm drainage design and stormwater detention needs.  Rivers also performed design of site improvements including internal roadways, 1,000-space parking facility, on-site utilities and landscaping.
