Recently, the Sheetz Convenience Restaurant Stores with Gas Stations have taken strides to establish a strong market share in North Carolina. Rivers was engaged to assist with the development of these commercial sites in various eastern North Carolina communities. In addition to performing site surveys, Rivers conducts evaluation of the developer’s site layout proposals pursuant to local and state regulatory development requirements, performs due diligence permitting assistance, and designs site improvements including demolition plans, grading and drainage, stormwater management, landscaping and utilities.
