Urban design encompasses not only design, but also the social, economic, and physical interactions between people and places. The goal of this work is not only creating beautiful and functional spaces through design and public engagement, but also preserving history and stimulating revitalization and growth. Included in our services are vision plans, master planning, public participation, the identification of development and revitalization opportunities, implementation strategies and responsibilities, and identification of funding opportunities.

Dynamic plans and engaging sketches help elected officials, staff, and the public understand and support the long-term commitment required to make the plans a reality. As a natural follow-on to master planning, our team prepares construction documents for streetscape and urban parks to help translate the vision for a place into a successful reality.
