Hydraulics/Drainage Engineer

Rivers & Associates, Inc. is looking for a Hydraulics/Drainage Engineer. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in storm water computation and design with current NC PE licensure. Candidate must be proficient in MicroStation, Geopak Drainage Design and HEC-RAS, have relevant experience with NCDOT hydrologic / hydraulic design including the development of roadway drainage plans, Culvert and Bridge Survey Reports, and FEMA flood studies.

Additional experience in the design of Storm water BMP’s, NCDOT and NCDEQ Erosion Control Plans and Permitting; producing site development plans for multi-family, single-family and commercial projects; and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is considered a plus.
