Comprehensive Pedestrian Plan, City of Kinston, NC  Funded by a 2006 Pedestrian Planning Grant from the North Carolina Department of Transportation Division of Bicycle and Pedestrian Transportation.

 

Comprehensive Pedestrian Plan, Town of Winterville, NC  The purpose of Winterville Comprehensive Pedestrian Plan (Plan) is to give guidance on how to make Winterville a walkable community.

 

Comprehensive Bicycle Plan, Town of Beaufort, NC   The development of a Comprehensive Bicycle Plan would support the Town's ongoing efforts to maintain development while making it more convenient and safer for people who bicycle. The Town of Beaufort desires to improve transportation throughout the Town in order to link tourism and recreation attractions to residential neighborhoods and commercial districts.

 

Comprehensive Recreation Plan, Hertford County, NC  This plan is to serve as a guide for local governments within the County to facilitate decision-making and action in developing a countywide system of parks, facilities, and programs that serve the entire population.

 

Street & Sidewalk Inventory and Sidewalk Master Plan, Town of Richlands, NC  The Street and Sidewalk Inventory and Sidewalk Master Plan project's scope of services included conducting an inventory, mapping and charting existing streets & sidewalks.

 

Greenways Concept Plan, Town of Beaufort, NC  Rivers generated a city-wide Greenways Concept Plan based upon a design charrette conducted with the Town of Beaufort Bikeway Committee Members.

 

East Clayton Park Master Plan, Town of Clayton, NC  Rivers developed a schematic master land plan for projected recreation park uses.

 

Municipal Park Redevelopment Master Plan, Town of Clayton, NC  Rivers developed a Master Plan for the redevelopment of Municipal Park, the Town's oldest recreation athletic facility located near the Town's central business district.

 

Elks Community Park Master Plan, Hertford County, NC  The development and improvement of parks & recreation in Hertford County is important to County Officials and its citizens.

 

County-Wide Water System Feasibility Study, Caswell County, NC  The study identified areas of need within Caswell County, examined the feasibility of developing a countywide water distribution system, and provided recommendations for planning and implementation of system.
