EDUCATIONAL

Multiple Projects at NCSU, Raleigh, NC  Rivers has provided the surveying, engineering and technical services for multiple projects at North Carolina State University.

 

Strayer University, Morrisville, NC  Rivers provided the surveying, engineering and technical services for a two parcel, 11-acre site. A preliminary site plan was prepared by another engineering firm showing two office buildings. Rivers was contracted to provide revisions to the preliminary site plan including reducing the size of one of the buildings and adding parking.

 

Multiple Projects at Pitt Community College, Winterville, NC  Rivers has provided the surveying, engineering and technical services for multiple projects at Pitt Community College. 

 

Multiple Projects at East Carolina University, Greenville, NC  As East Carolina University continues to expand enrollment, so does the need to accommodate more students and faculty. Rivers worked with ECU to plan and implement multiple projects at the University.

 

Eastern Elementary School, Beaufort Co., NC  Rivers provided the engineering and technical services for parking lot improvements. The parking lot improvements consisted of approximately 121 surface parking spaces for staff / faculty parking, a 10 space bus parking lot and a travel lane for parents to drop-off and pick-up students.

 

HEALTHCARE

Multiple Projects at Pitt County Memorial Hospital, Greenville, NC  Rivers has provided the surveying, design, engineering, landscape architecture and construction plans, specifications and administration for Pitt County Memorial Hospital for over 25 years.

 

Physicians East Medical Facility, Greenville, NC  Rivers worked with this 23 acre site that required all site planning and engineering services as well as environmental work to support construction planning.

 

Healthcare Centers  Rivers has and continues to provide the surveying, design, engineering, landscape architecture and construction plans, specifications and administration services for multiple healthcare facilities including Nursing Home Centers, Assisted Living Centers, Long-Term Care, Hospice Centers and Wellness Centers.
